Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey We thought you might be interested in the following information!  **This information is courtesy of NGL Media** John Leguizamo is one of the co-founders of NGL Media, who is producing a new series called Nueva Latina. This first season web series will be showcasing Latinas doing well in their fields and who are inspiring other Latinas. The series will be shooting in Upper Manhattan.  They are doing a profile on Lilliana Vazquez - she runs The Cheap Chica's Guide to Style blog (http://cheapchicas.com/). She also is a TV host on a bunch of different shows, like NY Live and the Nate Berkus Show, as a fashion correspondent. She's all about getting people to look good without breaking the bank.  As part of the episode, they want to find a young Latina, around 14-18 years old, who's really into fashion and has her own blog, Tumblr following, YouTube with good hits, or some online presence that shows her passion for style. They are really looking for this person to be a bicultural Latina, because that's Lilliana's story, too. The idea would be that we arrange for Lilliana and the girl to hang out for an afternoon, and Lilliana would be her mentor for a day.  They are shooting with Lilliana Tuesday, 3/25, and hoping to shoot this piece with the girl the next day, on 3/26, ideally in New York. They would like for her to live in the New York area or be able to be in New York that day for the shoot. AVANT PREMIER FILM 

 " SUENOS DE GLORIA" 

EN UTAH !!!

Estimados Amigos :

La marinera se hace protagonista en "Sueños de Gloria", la primera película musical peruana que busca difundir la cultura y apoyar esta tradicional y apasionante danza.

Dirigida por Alex Hidalgo y producida por Ricardo Quispe Oré, "Sueños de Gloria" cuenta con la participación de destacados actores como Paul Martin, Rebeca Escribens, entre otros. Así como la inserción en el mundo cinematográfico de los jóvenes bailarines de marinera Macarena Carrillo y Alex Donet como protagonistas del film.

Es necesario también destacar la presencia del maestro de primera guitarra del Perú, don Óscar Avilés, quien tiene un importante papel en la cinta.

El rodaje de algunas escenas de esta película se llevo a cabo en  las instalaciones de la Asociación de Criadores de Caballos y Propietarios de Mamacona, que fue elegida como una de las locaciones, así como Lima y  Trujillo.

Deseamos que "Suenos de Gloria" sea el inicio, para que otras peliculas peruanas puedan promocionarse y podamos contar con una variada cartelera  de peliculas peruanas en el estado de Salt Lake City. 

"Suenos de Gloria" es una película que contagiará de ritmo, moverá pasiones y que busca que el público se enamore de la marinera peruana.
